What does a Quality Manager at DLP Industry actually do?

You are ultimately responsible for the quality department. The authority for all our stakeholders (colleagues, suppliers, customers) when it comes to quality issues and processes. You are the point of contact within the organization for safety issues and ensuring the quality of our products.

Coordinate and support projects throughout the supply chain that contribute to the DLP Industry sustainability strategy.

Management, documentation and control of the (DLP) quality system. Review and approve quality matters such as test specifications and analysis results.

Update and implement laws and regulations, social developments and scientific advances.

Who are we looking for?

  • HBO/ WO working and thinking level.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Available for a minimum of 32 hours.
  • Innovative and creative; thinks in solutions.
  • Be able to work on a project basis.
  • Organizational skills, stress resistant, eager to learn and flexible.
  • Someone who shows ownership and can function both independently and as part of a team.
  • Mastery of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing.
  • Affinity for sustainability.
  • Affinity with product safety legislation.
