As a Purchasing Assistant at DLP Industry, you will work with a team of immediate colleagues within the Purchase team and play a crucial role in the management and execution of our extensive order package, focusing on Stationery, DIY, toys, party supplies and more.

Responsibilities

  • In the role of procurement assistant, you will contribute to various essential aspects of the procurement process. In doing so, your duties include:

    • Responsible for guiding orders from confirmation to delivery, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
    • You will lay the foundation for lasting relationships with suppliers and partners, which is crucial for a smoothly running procurement process.
    • Daily communication with suppliers will be among your duties, quickly resolving issues and ensuring smooth progress.
    • Keeping your knowledge up-to-date on market trends, product developments and applicable legislation is a matter of course, making a professional contribution to the success of the procurement team.

Responsibilities

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
  • Available for a minimum of 32 hours.
  • Accurate, stress-resistant and eager to learn.
  • Both an enthusiastic team player and an independent worker.
  • Mastery of both Dutch and English language in word and writing.
  • Affinity with the Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience with table tennis is a plus.

Logistics Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a colleague to join our team. 

Are you a logistics all-rounder with a keen eye for detail? Do you like the dynamics of a fast-moving environment and do you ensure that all processes from incoming to outgoing goods run smoothly? Then DLP Industry is looking for you!

About the position

As a Logistics Administrative Assistant, you play an essential role in managing our inventory and optimizing our logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that all administrative actions surrounding incoming and outgoing goods from our external logistics warehouse are taken care of down to the last detail. You coordinate the daily receipt of containers from the Far East and trucks full of products from Europe, and you ensure that our outgoing shipments arrive at our customers neatly and on time.

What will you do?

  • Administratively process incoming and outgoing flows of goods.
  • Daily inventory management and coordination of logistics processes.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve any bottlenecks in the logistics chain.
  • Liaise with suppliers and transporters.

What do we ask?

  • A relevant education, preferably at the college level.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
  • You are stress resistant, can work well under pressure and are organizationally strong.
  • Working systematically and accurately is in your nature.
