WHAT DOES AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AT DLP INDUSTRY ACTUALLY DO?
You will work in the Quality and Sustainability department, the authority for all our colleagues, suppliers and customers when it comes to quality issues and processes. You will ensure the recording of the quality of our products. In addition, you will help support projects that contribute to the DLP Industry sustainability strategy.
Management, documentation and control of the (DLP) quality system. Recording product and test specifications and analysis results. Critically check data supplied by various parties.

Who are we looking for?
- Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Available for a minimum of 32 hours.
- Extremely precise in your work.
- Extensive experience with MS-Office.
- Stress resistant, eager to learn and flexible.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Affinity for sustainability and product safety.

Logistics Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a colleague to join our team.
Are you a logistics all-rounder with a keen eye for detail? Do you like the dynamics of a fast-moving environment and do you ensure that all processes from incoming to outgoing goods run smoothly? Then DLP Industry is looking for you!
About the position
As a Logistics Administrative Assistant, you play an essential role in managing our inventory and optimizing our logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that all administrative actions surrounding incoming and outgoing goods from our external logistics warehouse are taken care of down to the last detail. You coordinate the daily receipt of containers from the Far East and trucks full of products from Europe, and you ensure that our outgoing shipments arrive at our customers neatly and on time.
What will you do?
- Administratively process incoming and outgoing flows of goods.
- Daily inventory management and coordination of logistics processes.
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficiency.
- Identify and resolve any bottlenecks in the logistics chain.
- Liaise with suppliers and transporters.
What do we ask?
- A relevant education, preferably at the college level.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
- You are stress resistant, can work well under pressure and are organizationally strong.
- Working systematically and accurately is in your nature.
